Wayfare.

A whole trip in one place — and a clean view to share with everyone going.

Nearly ready · opening to early travelers soon

What it does

Wayfare is a trip planner that keeps everything about a trip in one place: a day-by-day itinerary, the places you want to see pinned on a map, where you're staying, how you're getting around, a running budget, and who's coming along.

When the plan is set, you share a clean, read-only view with family and friends — no account on their end — so everyone can follow along without being able to change anything. It's nearly ready; the waitlist is open.

Sheet 02-A · How it works

From idea to itinerary.

Workshop method
Step 1

Start a trip

Name the trip and set the dates — or load the sample trip to see every feature with real-looking data before you build your own.

Step 2

Map it out

Lay out a day-by-day itinerary and pin the places you want to see on an interactive map, with photos and driving times.

Step 3

Sort the logistics

Track where you are staying, your flights, rental, and drive, and a running budget of planned versus committed spend.

Step 4

Share it

Invite the travelers who are coming, then hand out a clean, read-only link so family and friends can follow along — no account needed.

Sheet 02-B · What's built in

Everything the trip needs.

Pin spots or search for them, add photos, and see distance and time between them.

Stays & transport

Lodging night by night, plus flights, rental, and the drive — costs and confirmations in one place.

Shared budget

Categories and an expense ledger with planned-versus-committed progress bars.

Travelers

A reusable directory of travelers with avatars, assigned per trip.

Read-only share link

A public, view-only itinerary for everyone going — they look, they don't edit.

Who it's for

Anyone planning a trip worth keeping straight — a road trip, a family vacation, a group adventure — who wants one shared place for the plan instead of a scatter of docs, maps, and group chats.
