Numyl Sign.
E-signature for any Numyl flow — on your own DocuSign account.
Numyl Sign is the document-signing layer Numyl apps use to send agreements, get them signed, and store the result. It's a thin layer over DocuSign — you connect your own DocuSign account once, and every Numyl product that needs a signature uses it without you re-managing connections, integrations, or storage.
We don't issue your customers a Numyl-branded signing experience. They sign on DocuSign, with your account, your logo, and your terms. We just make it easier to wire that up to the rest of your business.
Four steps to a signed document.
Connect
One-time OAuth handshake. Your admin clicks 'Connect DocuSign,' approves, done. We never see your DocuSign password and we never need an integration key from you.
Send
Numyl apps create an envelope, add your documents, and trigger the signing ceremony. Customers sign in DocuSign with your branding — not ours.
Sign
DocuSign's official, audited signing experience. Customers can sign in-browser or by emailed link. Reminders, decline flows, and audit trail all work normally.
Store
Signed documents come back automatically and land in your Numyl document storage, organized by tenant, year, and envelope. Pull them via API or download from the admin portal.
The wiring you'd do anyway.
Everything you'd otherwise wire up by hand around DocuSign — multi-tenancy, token refresh, document storage, webhooks — is already done.
Your DocuSign account
OAuth 2.0 partner integration. Each tenant connects their own account — your branding, your billing, your audit log.
Multi-tenant from day one
Each tenant has its own DocuSign tokens and document storage. Brands, locations, and franchisees stay separate.
Embedded signing
Customers sign without ever leaving the flow. Or send by email — both work, both are legally binding.
Auto token refresh
OAuth tokens refresh in the background. Your team never sees an expired-credentials error.
Document storage included
Signed PDFs land in Azure Blob Storage, scoped to your tenant, organized by date and envelope. No extra service to wire up.
Works inside any Numyl flow
Used by Numyl Customer Onboarding for agreements. Available standalone for any product that needs a signature step.
Webhook status updates
DocuSign webhooks notify your apps when a customer signs, declines, or stalls — drive your own automation off the events.
Standards-compliant
ESIGN Act and UETA compliant via DocuSign. Audit trail, certificate of completion, and tamper-evident signed PDFs.
Service businesses with agreements that need real signatures — especially those who already have a DocuSign account or want one. Plays nicely with Numyl Customer Onboarding (where it powers the agreement step), but available standalone for any Numyl- powered flow that needs a signature.
