What it does

Numyl Surveys is the forms-and-feedback layer Numyl apps use to gather information from customers — onboarding details, post-install feedback, NPS surveys, anything you'd otherwise stand up Google Forms for.

Surveys can live inside a Numyl portal or embed on any external page with a single script tag — same survey, same response inbox, no separate forms tool to manage. Responses arrive in your Numyl tenant ready to query and wire to whatever you do next.

Step 1

Define

Build a survey from typed questions — text, single- and multi-choice, ratings, file upload, conditional logic. No code required.

Step 2

Embed

Drop a single script tag on any page on the open web, or use it inline inside a Numyl flow. Same survey, two surfaces.

Step 3

Collect

Responses flow back to your Numyl tenant, tagged and time-stamped. Query by survey, by customer, or by campaign.

Step 4

Act

Hook responses to downstream automations — welcome emails, ticket creation, alerts, dashboards. The data is open from the moment it's collected.
